The continental trophy cabinet shines brightly: Ten stars have already adorned the shirts of Eight nations, with the Atlas Lions dominating on three occasions.
This 11th edition of the tournament is preparing to welcome African federations and, exceptionally, nations from outside the continent, depending on entries. However, absolute priority remains reserved for the selections of "Mama Africa".
[And always true to our Golden Rule: No tactical restrictions. Each coach is free to play according to his or her own vision of the game[/color].
Registration is open from now until 26/04/2026 at 22h vf.
[May the Best Win[/b]

Acum 20 zile[The kick-off[/b] for the Eleventh edition of the CAN has been given. This season, the intensity is there: No victory has been achieved by forfeit, and the high level of competition is already reflected in the very tight scores[/b] on this first day.
In GROUP A, we saw a high-flying clash between Côte d'Ivoire and Angola. The Elephants impressed with their tactical rigour, largely dominating the first half. Although Côte d'Ivoire's opening goal from a deflected free-kick confirmed their good form, Angola's experience eventually took its toll. More serene, the Palancas Negras reacted to equalise before imposing a stifling pressure, giving them a victory based on experience.
The duel between Mauritania and Mali was a clash of the titans, featuring some very high-level football. The Eagles of Mali showed exemplary strength of character in this open, committed encounter: despite being outnumbered early on, they kept the initiative and created numerous chances, but failed to finish. The turning point of the match came in the last quarter of an hour with the introduction of Youba. Like a joker, he found the net with an unstoppable header, giving the Mourabitounes three precious points against an unlucky Mali side.
What an exceptional match! Anyone who loves the beautiful game, regardless of their allegiance, cannot but appreciate such a spectacle. Namibia[/b] created a sensation against Zambia thanks to their cool realism and exemplary fighting spirit. Leading by two goals, the Namibians saw Gariseb shine and claim the MVP award. However, the soul of the Chipolopolos spoke for itself, and after a heroic comeback, Zambia pulled level. A cruel end for some, but an immense joy for others.

Acum 19 zileMaking their first appearance in a cup away from their European bases, Portugal faced a strong Moroccan side. Unlike the New Zealanders, who seemed to adapt perfectly to the local conditions in the previous edition, the Portuguese lacked a sense of direction. They suffered particularly badly in the second half, with Chihi in a state of grace, scoring a decisive hat-trick.
On this first day, two of the continent's giants faced off in a high-flying duel. Faced with a rebuilding Senegalese team, the Pharaohs played a match of rare tactical intensity. The two coaches showed great mastery, adapting their game plans as the minutes ticked by. In the end, it was in the money-time that the coaching paid off: thanks to a pinpoint team move, Egypt broke the deadlock before sealing their victory with a masterful free-kick.
Every team has its half": that sums up this duel perfectly. Zimbabwe took control of the match from the outset, creating a number of chances before taking the lead. However, after the break, Burkina Faso showed a completely different side. More enterprising, the Etalons took the initiative and finally snatched an equaliser. The scoreline was evenly matched, reflecting the even nature of the match.

Acum 19 zileConfirmation of the good face of New Zealand, who seem to have found their feet in this tournament.
Against a struggling Rwanda side, the New Zealand players imposed their rhythm throughout the match. Although Rwanda attempted a few isolated forays, their technical superiority was clear. The coaching paid off at the end of the game with Roux, whose realism enabled the dominance to be confirmed by two successive goals in the last quarter of an hour.
Against a formidable opponent, it was experience that enabled Benin to win against Cape Verde. The Cheetahs literally smothered the Blue Sharks in their own half, turning the match into a constant attack and defence towards the Cape Verde goal. Their unshakeable dominance was finally rewarded in the 72nd minute, giving the Beninese all three points.
On paper, the match between Algeria and Nigeria promised to be a duel between two of the continent's heavyweights. The reality on the pitch was quite different: a closed, tactical match, marked by the Algerians' only real clear-cut chance, which unfortunately went wide. This result means that both coaches will now have to adjust their strategies to correct their attacking shortcomings over the next few matches.

Acum 13 zileDay 2 review: Between spectacle and administrative decisions. While the second day promised some great fixtures, it was unfortunately marked by three green-carpet victories for organisational reasons.
[Group A[/u][/b] :
- Angola v Zambia[/b]: A spectacular, wide-open encounter. Despite a good balance between the two teams, Angola's Marcos made the difference with the only goal of the game.
- Namibia vs Mauritania:[/b] A much tighter match. After the Namibians took an early lead in the 8th minute, Mauritania responded in the second half with an equaliser from Sow. However, the end of the match was marred by excessive tension and numerous fouls.
- Mali vs Côte d'Ivoire:[/b] The Mali Eagles picked up three points without playing, following the withdrawal of the Côte d'Ivoire team.

Acum 13 zile- Egypt and Portugal are the big beneficiaries on this second day, both benefiting from green-carpet wins over Burkina Faso and Zimbabwe.
- But the real event of the evening was the duel between Morocco and Senegal, a continental clash with worldwide repercussions. From the kick-off, the intensity was palpable, with both sides attacking. It was finally after Senegal's first change that the deadlock was broken: a well-deflected free-kick gave the Lions of Teranga the lead. In the second half, the Senegalese made a number of tactical adjustments, opting for an impenetrable low block to neutralise the Atlas Lions' onslaughts.

Acum 12 zile- Algeria v New Zealand: The All Whites continue to make history. Despite Algeria's territorial dominance, New Zealand stunned the Fennecs as early as the 12th minute. Algeria's coaching paid off in the end, however, allowing the Greens to equalise and salvage a precious point.
- Benin vs Rwanda:[/b] Although favourites on paper, the Beninese initially suffered. After two failed attempts on goal by Ogunbyi, Rwanda took the lead. Just before the break, Ogunbyi made amends by equalising. In the second half, the Cheetahs' experience made the difference with a pinpoint free-kick, sealing a vital victory.
- Nigeria v Cape Verde:[/b] A game of twists and turns. The Blue Sharks dominated the first half, but Nigeria opened the scoring through Babangida after the break. Cape Verde's collective equaliser got the game back on track, but the sending off of a Nigerian changed everything. Shorthanded, the Super Eagles succumbed to a hat-trick from Debarros, who scored surgically from set-pieces (free-kicks, penalties and corners).

Acum 15hFour days have already passed and only the final one remains to determine the qualifiers for the finals. On the eve of that denouement, an assessment of the situation is in order.
- GROUP A:[/b
- MALI's opening defeat by MAURITANIA was a wake-up call for the group, which responded superbly with three consecutive wins.
- By contrast, the Mourabitounes picked up just two points after that initial success, before returning to winning ways on Matchday 4 against a struggling ZAMBIA, who were held to just one point.
- For their part, CÔTE D'IVOIRE came back strongly thanks to Two wins in a row at the end of their campaign.
- Angola, meanwhile, are in the opposite boat: after getting off to a flying start, the ANGOLES have fallen off the pace.

Acum 6h- The surprise effect of their very first participation transcended the PORTUGUESE, who made a clean sweep by taking 9 points from their next three matches.
- MOROCCO[/b] had a similar record, with three wins and one defeat, the latter coming against Senegal.
- The SENEGALES are unbeatable at home but fragile away from home, with their most recent win coming against Burkina Faso.
- The BURKINABES, for their part, have lost all hope of qualifying after three defeats and a single draw against ZIMBABWE, who trail them with just two points.

Acum 5hGROUP C:
- Impressive since their first appearance, NEW ZEALAND are flying high with a clear objective: to win the CAN title. Unbeaten with 10 points from 4 matches, the All Whites will be playing a real final for first place against CAPE VERDE.
- The latter have only conceded one defeat after three consecutive wins, a surprise loss to BENIN, a team who had also narrowly lost to New Zealand.
- At the bottom of the table, it's crisis time for ALGERIA, NIGERIA and RWANDA, who are going through this edition like a long ordeal and have not yet managed to find their rhythm.
