Acum 27 zileToday, I wanted to make myself a bourguignon, so I bought some red Burgundy wine (yes sir), carrots and potatoes (because I love potatoes)... well, shit, I'd run out of meat for the bourguignon in the freezer!
So I'm going to make macaroni with crème fraîche and tuna... blase! :(

Brown the chicken (with salt, pepper and curry powder) and set aside.
In another pan, lightly grease the chorizo (if it is fatty), otherwise brown it in the same pan as the chicken.
Then add the crème fraîche to the chorizo, with a little salt, pepper and curry powder too... then add the chicken and leave to simmer for around 10 minutes.
Of course, in the meantime, you can make your rice (or potatoes), but rice is better (for me).
And that's it, it's ready... I break my stomach every time ;)
