It's mainly that you're not allowed to play these kinds of matches with a federation.

And you have the right to refuse to let your players come to the national team.

That's true. Me je te signiale que les matchs de fédération, ça se programmes via l'onglet fédération, gérer(sélectionneur), et ensuite on choisit un jour, et ce jour là on jouera à 22h, contre une autre fédération.

It's the same for all federations, whoever the president is.

A federation plays only with federation via the modules of federation of which you can put your availabilities and wait that somebody accepts the match.
