The organisers of this year's event are :

Only the coach or the chairman are authorised to register their team for the IS Cup. To register,
please write "Read and approved" with the name of the coach and the name of the Entente. If you
sign up, you must ensure that you can take part right to the end. You must be able to fit
6 IS matches in your calendar. These 6 IS matches are guaranteed by the competition (except for forfeit(s)
beyond the control of the organisers).
NO OUT OF COMPETITION IS MUST BE PLAYED.
The competition must take place in an atmosphere of camaraderie. All insults, disrespect
or other actions or words intended to denigrate a person, or even a game agreement, are formally

The 15-team format is scheduled with the same number of matches. But the rules are not at all random, i.e. Hat 1 at home against Hat 2 and so on.

15 teams have exactly 2 home games and 2 away games.
In a truly random draw, it is quite possible to have imbalances. But the probability of obtaining such a perfect distribution for 15 teams out of 16 is extremely low... It looks more like a typing error.
I did a quick check of the previous edition, which is edition 1 with this new format: I couldn't find a single team with 3 trips.
If "En Route Vers La Gloire" played away against us (instead of at home) and at home against Entente Languedocienne (instead of the other way round), that would balance everything out. That would give us a ratio of 2/2 like everyone else, without penalising anyone. I see no reason to maintain an imbalance that only affects one entente.
Now if the organiser doesn't want to go back, we'll play like "men" as Sadio Mané used to say 😁.
Finally, the idea is not to polemicise or point the finger at the organiser, who does a colossal job, because it's never easy to organise this kind of competition, but we can't turn a blind eye to an anomaly that can be corrected in two minutes either.

1st edition and ONLY edition to 16 moreover with this format of TAS. I have not noted all I think there are even more than I have highlighted.
I repeat, the 15 format from last season is not based on the same coding.
