Hey, that's my federation... I must have gone to bed before it happened... because I started the game with 11 players. It's a known bug in the game... and particularly in the federations. The player arrived while he was playing for his club, so it automatically puts him back in the starting line-up during the match... and because of this it blocks any changes to the line-up - no substitutions are possible. Several people have already told A45 about this, but he hasn't touched it yet.
You still managed to win the match :-)

I've analysed the fact that the player came back from Selection IS during the fédé match... he went straight onto the fédé pitch....

I played one half-time with 11 players on the pitch and some afterwards I was pawned, and that's when the player appeared in the line-up... I've had this happen in the past and I'm not the only one, and it locks up all the changes, making it impossible to make the 5 changes... it restricts the match... and yes, I'm not getting any younger, I'm too lazy to go to bed at 11.30pm for a match with little interest... far too late for these federations, and above all, a lot of bugs...

I don't know anything about fede, but I'm sure it'll be a mess ;)

Remember that, in this particular case, it's the team with 12 players on the pitch that is penalised, as the game only takes the first 11 to calculate the stats (in this case it's the player who was ATD who is no longer taken into account) and they can no longer make any substitutions.
