With the shop’s new system, we’re not making any money anymore. I’ve gone from 100k to 17k – that’s a huge difference. So the question is: how can I make money from the shop like I used to?

Go for flock-printed T-shirts. You’ll make just as much as before – or even more – and you can boost your earnings by focusing on one or two other product lines.
Personally, I’m not yet selling T-shirts at full capacity, but I’m making nearly 100k a day.

I’m in the same boat as you, having gone from a daily turnover of €140K to €85K. I didn’t understand this sudden drop until I realised what was wrong… I’d actually bought too many raw materials, which effectively limited my in-store stock capacity, meaning there was less space available for products on the shop floor.

If you buy raw materials for your machines, you reduce your stock of goods for sale and, consequently, your cash flow.
For my part, I’ve gone from €150k to €200k the day after a victory.

And I’ve gone from 160k to 240k!

All you need to do is set up your workshops to be self-sufficient in components and be able to make your own items. By 2026, we’ll have enough tools to tell you what to build to avoid surpluses or shortages of components, and to keep your shop running on its own.

My flock-printing workshop has come to a standstill. Yet I think I have all the materials I need. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something I’ve missed?

I think there are two possibilities:

• You’re missing a material

• Your stock is full
