As part of a return, I received the programme by email along with some bonuses. I was supposed to have received Socrates the day before yesterday and a financial bonus yesterday; I did click on the link, but it doesn’t appear in my list of players and I haven’t received any financial bonus. I’m trying to click on the link again, but it tells me I’ve already used it.
