Do you know whether, when a point is reallocated, the gains in progress remain or disappear?

I have a player who is at 60% in technique, 35% in speed and 35% in attack. Will these gains remain or will everything drop to 0%?

Unless there has been a recent change, the current %s are retained, including for a characteristic that would fall back to 1 after reallocation.
