I've had some injuries and I've been putting training sessions on hold. I've just done 2 training sessions in a row and the percentage of fatigue is high. After how many hours between 2 training sessions do you get back to normal fatigue? Thanks for your help!

43 dagen geledenRoughly speaking, training alone results in 1 to 3% loss of physique. Stride training 20% loss of physique? Spend 10 hours between two collective training sessions to recover a percentage of between 1 and 3%. If you spend around 5 hours between two training sessions, the second will be around 10/12% tired.
