Ada 44hMy young and promising Scottish player, who arrived at the club today, wishes you all a great start to the season.
First match today and, bang, 11 days out with an injury!
But then again, they say injuries are random, so let’s just say it’s not a conspiracy and that it’s simply bad luck!

Ada 41hIt’s a real nightmare when it comes to injuries… Last season I had five injuries in the last seven days, so I understand your point of view at the start of the season… I hope you don’t have any more.
Hang in there

Ada 39hIt’s a right pain when that happens. And yet there are some who make their young players play until their lungs burst! It’s mad to see some of these young players playing matches every day and seeing their fitness drop to as low as 10 per cent. I don’t know if the lower a player’s fitness is, the more likely they are to get injured… The same thing happened to one of my players a few days ago. Hang in there, mate!

Ada 34hYou’ll be able to share an update on their progress once they’ve recovered from their injury, to check whether the system for helping young players catch up on their progress after an injury is effective.
