1. To put an end to any controversy, it is now forbidden for two players from the same club to play together, for any reason whatsoever, including in the list of substitutes who do not come into the game.
   In the event of an infringement, the match will be lost 0-1 on the green carpet.
2. There will now be a final for 3rd place in addition to the grand final.

You have until Sunday 12 October inclusive to play your 4 matches.
The ranking of qualifiers for the Top Twelve will be published on Monday 13 October.
