Deux de mes défenseurs sont sélectionnés dans les parties IS. Et lorsqu'ils reviennent, leur affinité est remise à 0 alors qu'elle était de 100% auparavant. Cela se produit à chaque fois que les joueurs jouent pour la sélection. Cela affecte vraiment le prochain match que nous jouerons.
D'autres clubs rencontrent-ils le même problème ?
J'espère que ce problème sera bientôt résolu.

Do other clubs also experience the same issue?

It seems that you had 2 players with no affinities ? (against me in fact, sorry for that)

You have to know that if you have 2 players summoned in IS match, it make a temporarily reset of their affinities. Unfortunatelly, the only way to fix it is to play a new match together, with your team. And the affinity will ruturn AFTER the match.
It's not perfect, but it's the only way.
