Personally, I used to complain a lot before, then I got involved in training and today I'm reaping the rewards of my work and I'm very happy. I've managed to knock off my bête noires for seasons now. My A team is made up of 10 players trained at the club, including 9 from my cdf.
I don't use the bank card, with work you don't need one, we're a management club so the bank card isn't part of it (that's my opinion).
