I'm currently level 3 with 118 points, and to reach level 7, I need to reach 1000 points in order to finish developing the cdf.

However, from what I've heard from several members, the academy doesn't really matter until level 9.

Do you really think that makes sense?

It takes an enormous amount of time, not just weeks or months... but almost years.

As a new player, I honestly don't see any point in developing the cdf at the moment.

But I'd just like an answer to my question:

Are you going to leave this system as it is, or are you considering revising it?

Do you have a proposal to make to improve this without allowing every new player to have a maximum CDF after a month? Give him a good suggestion and maybe he'll look into it. The thing is, it shouldn't be made too simple either... the aim being to help a club grow, and its facilities with it, without rushing through all the stages. Already, in 1 week, you can get a team from a guy who took 2 years to get it, so if you have the same thing for the facilities, it's complicated. This is more of a management game.
