Two teams that have no affinity are on an equal level, so there's no need to worry.
On the other hand, a coach who organises his selection well, and an agreement that plays the game with him, will then have a little advantage. On the contrary, it goes in the direction of cooperation.

Against as well, New Zealand has had the same team for seasons and seasons now, and I've added a player from time to time, so I've been creating affinity for all these seasons.
If you manage your federation well, you'll also have affinity, and the advantage isn't huge.

It does work BUT please warn the managers concerned! From memory, there's a bug that resets the affinity of these players to zero for the next club match. It then returns to normal. 👍

I'd like to confirm what you've said and your advice about the affinities in the IS squad.
My defensive line played the 4 matches together and their affinity is indeed there.
Something I didn't see in the first 2 games.
So, as Magpie lebaygue and the others have said, it's up to us to ensure that an affinity is created by selecting the same players (when possible, of course).
