According to the rules:
If there are no bids, the seller can ask to close the topic before the end date and time of the auction. Once a buyer has posted a bid, the seller can no longer ask for the topic to be closed. If there are bids but the selling price is not reached, the seller is not obliged to sell the player and the buyer is not obliged to buy the player.

So I have the right to bid below the price.
