It seems that you had 2 players with no affinities ? (against me in fact, sorry for that)

You have to know that if you have 2 players summoned in IS match, it make a temporary reset of their affinities. Unfortunatelly, the only way to fix it is to play a new match together, with your team. And the affinity will ruturn AFTER the match.
It's not perfect, but it's the only way.
