Hace 43hHello
I think we need a reform of training.
I'll explain today if we want to play in the competition between cups, championships, etc., we need two teams of trained players, so far nothing unusual.
Except that if I play competition every day,
I can't train my young players.
I think training is really important and I don't think we should have to choose between training and competition, but that we should be able to do both.
To do that, we need to differentiate between the two
We should be able to get young people to play in matches as they progress, for example.
And on the same days be able to play an ei (for example) with the first-choice players.
We'd have a lot more competition, and maybe that would prevent a lot of teams lining up in training for certain cups.
And above all it would allow us to do what Irish clubs do.
So I don't know how we could go about it, apart from dissociating the two.
But in Ireland, for example, just because the 1st team has played doesn't mean that the under-19s can't play.
I'd really like to see a change so that we stop having to choose and seeing teams having to sell everything to reform.
What I've written is a bit messy, but I don't really know how to explain it and reform it.
Have a nice day.

Hace 43hPersonally, I don't think the current version is too bad, it seems to me to be a good compromise: you can have a team for the competition and a team that you train alongside it. Sacrificing a few games a season to play in the competition isn't a huge penalty and at worst it requires a bit of management to make up for the slight delay.
But you don't have to have a team dedicated 100% to training for it to be of high quality.

Hace 43hWell... I think the answer already exists...
Aymeric has given young people the opportunity to leave the CDF late, with a very good level. And all they have to do is finish their training.
So you might think that his intention is precisely to "encourage" late exits from the CDF. Does that make the management problems you mentioned obsolete?
They could even be made to learn other positions in the CDF. So that they can be 'exploited' very quickly.
Frankly, I think that's how it's all worked out.
Of course, these players are a little weaker than the youngsters we've been training since they were very young, but with the injuries and the ups and downs... Frankly, the choice isn't that obvious. But the possibility exists, so the choice is feasible.
Nevertheless, I'd like to digress for a moment and say that I terribly miss the glorious days of training from A to Z, with a lot of thinking to do. I regret these 'evolutions'. But you have to admit that simplicity probably attracts a wider audience :/

Hace 43hHonestly, I sacrifice the league cup and the LDC every time when they arrive at the same time as the championship.
If I want to get the most out of my young players, they need around 30 matches per season and I have 14 for the league.
I'd like to play in the World Cup, but in the end we can't or we'll have to stop training.
And as far as I'm concerned, training and competition are really two different things.

The problem, as you say, is that the players aren't top notch and a good player isn't enough to compete.
They still have a season to evolve when you take them out late, so put a 60 ng for example to play against a team of 95 ng we understand that it is useless is little e lost

Hace 42hExactly. But that's perhaps the counterpart of those who want to do full-competition against those who sacrifice a bit for training. There's still that little bit of added value in training, and I think that's pretty clever, to keep everyone happy (those who want it easy, and those who want to make money from training).
In the worst-case scenario, can you send them out on loan? 12 loans for 1 season at the end of training, frankly, that's fair enough, isn't it?
That said, yes, they're not at the top level, but without the injuries, they're far from bad!

Hace 42hMagpie: Exactement.
Yes, of course you can send on loan
But why? I like to train, I'm proud to train my players and to see them compete against the biggest clubs.
If I stop training them myself, I might as well buy them straight off the shelf at 23/24!
For me, it's a pleasure to train my future competitive players. I don't think I'm the only one?
I'd just like us to stop having to choose, I like training and winning 😅

Hace 42hAh, then I agree. But I'd like to refer you to my little digression in my first answer. Training was an important part of the game.
It was a way of showcasing your skills.
I miss that too.
But the game has a meaning, as defined by A45. Clearly, we're looking for the easy way out. That's a shame.
But you're right to express your feelings, you're clearly not the only one to have this opinion :)

Hace 42hjunior: Bonjour
Like creating a league/competition where only players with a prog coef above 0 would be eligible and you wouldn't get any cash benefits but only match experience?

Hace 42hSun's: Genre créer un championnat/compétitions ou seul des joueurs ayant un coef de prog supérieur a 0 soient éligible et l'on recevrais pas de bénéfices argent mais seulement de l'expérience de matchs ?
I think it would become "too simple".

Hace 38hAs far as I'm concerned, I've trained my youngsters and I'm going to start playing competitive smatches a bit more seriously.
But I've found a solution to play as many days as possible while training... but it's like the fable of the little bird, everyone has to find a solution ;)
