I loaned my player to someone to train him for me. But the player got injured. Since he’s level 1 I decided to recall him so that I can give him good medical treatment because I have. Much higher medical facility. But it keeps telling me that “this player cannot be recalled” why is this happening ? Is it a bug ?

He must stay at the borrower's house for at least a week if I don't say anything stupid.

It's not a bug, you have to wait several days before you can call a player back
