To facilitate checks, the published lists must include the player's surname (optionally first name and relationship), the club to which they belong and the association to which they belong.
You can choose the most appropriate form for publishing your list (see posts from previous editions), but the presentation must be clear and above all unambiguous.
Once the list has been published, it cannot be modified (a player can be added, but a player can always be removed, which will reduce the list by 22).

A reminder:

Indeed, there was a small reporting error, and unfortunately, it was a costly one. Korea's 1st save was "G", and it was reported as "C" by mistake, leading to a save on a Slovenian shot that shouldn't have been.

The result after the 5-shot session is normally a 4-3 Slovenian win (instead of 3-3), and therefore no sudden death (which leads to Korea's probable win, I haven't double-checked that said).

Having said that, as I haven't played a 5th match with Croatia due to lack of time, it's possible to consider another option thanks to what I'm proposing:

• Leave the Croatia-Korea match, which will count for nothing (to avoid a bug in the call-ups).
• Then reschedule the Croatia-Slovenia match asap (6th match for each federation)
  And then go back to the classic route for the semi-finals and finals (7th and 8th matches for each federation).

No, it's not a surprise. It's the third season in a row that I've done it, so it was the minimum objective. I didn't really have any complicated matches, but I'd say Niger and Wales because I scored in the last 5 minutes.

Guilain (Finland)
No, it's not necessarily a surprise because we mainly devote our time to playing the Federation League to the hilt every season. We're still lucky that some of the big managers don't play it or don't play it to the full. ?
The most complicated match was the last one against Nit, which ended in a draw and could have gone either way for 90 minutes.

Lahi (South Africa)
No, it's not really a surprise. South Africa are used to reaching the last four of the Federation League almost every time they take part. You could say that it's become a certain consistency, even a culture for us.
The most complicated match was clearly the play-off against Romania. It was a hard-fought, intense match right to the end. Then there was our match against Iceland on the second day, which wasn't easy either. In fact, they were our two draws of the campaign, which just goes to show how difficult they are.

Brewen (Croatia)
I wouldn't call it a surprise, but more a question of favourable draws to get through. The qualification phase is very unpredictable (in terms of opponents and the conversion of xG and xGA for the goal average), with 5 teams at 12/12 (from memory) this season being a perfect example. Despite this, some federations take part in other competitions, which means that they can qualify for this competition even without 'perfect' performances (8pts, Portugal), which is a good thing, as it avoids being knocked out of the competition for a match in which the opponents are 100% successful!

Frankly, I think it's going to be close because we've all got some very fine nations and the managers who run them are very good. I think that if Lahi beats me, he'll take the title against Croatia, but the reverse wouldn't be surprising either. But I still hope to qualify and win it?

We're going to put Finland in the final, no kidding...?
After that, we'll randomly put South Africa and then Slovakia, as I've never played those managers.

If there's one thing I've learnt over the last few months, it's that nobody is a favourite at 91minutes. In terms of numbers, South Africa are well ahead with their golden generation, and I think we're well below the other qualifiers with a younger squad.

The organisation is top-notch, and I'd like to thank you for all your hard work. After that, I really think it would be a good idea to organise registrations and matches that are only created manually, instead of playing the first 4 matches against people who, for the most part, aren't interested in the competition.

Guilain (Finland)
I haven't thought about it, I guess it suits me at the moment.

Lahi (South Africa)
On the whole, I think the competition formula is very good and well thought out. The organisation is serious and the competition gets more interesting season after season, which is very positive.
If I had to suggest an improvement, it would perhaps be to extend the final phase to 16 teams instead of 12. The top four would also play in the last 16, with the advantage of facing the lowest-ranked teams (1st vs. 16th, 2nd vs. 15th, etc.). This would make the competition even more attractive and offer more high-stakes matches.
Another improvement would concern the rule limiting the number of players from the same club to a maximum of 5. Even when this rule is strictly adhered to at the time of selection, some players may change clubs or alliances at the finals, which means we exceed the limit through no fault of our own.
In my opinion, the rules should be based on the official list published for the finals, because we have no control over player movements. Sanctioning a selection in this case is, in my opinion, a point that needs to be reviewed.
Apart from these details, everything is really well managed.
A big well done to you for setting up this competition, and to the admins who support you in scheduling and organising the matches. Big ups to the whole team, and thank you for all your hard work?

The 8-match format is difficult to optimise, and the organisation is well monitored. If I had to point out a few potential areas for improvement:
The home/away randomness from the semi-finals onwards (1/8 and 1/4, it's understandable to favour the higher-ranked team at home).
It's frustrating to lose out on non-appeal (every season).
The list of 22 players should either be definitive for the 4 matches, with no changes tolerated (and no application of the rules in the event of a player changing clubs, as long as the Day 1 rules were respected), or allow the replacement of a player who no longer respects the rules during the final phase (I find this less in keeping with the competitive spirit). The rules are clearly in conflict with the filing of a list of 22 players, since players can move from club to club (even more so with the current generation of 30-33 year olds 99NG who move from club to club), transfers that the federations are not alerted to, making pre-match monitoring very time-consuming and complicated with the current interface.

The first half was fairly even and, above all, very tight as the two teams were wary of each other, but the second half was more lively as the South Africans scored from the start through their striker Mkhize. Slovakia were expected to react, but they did not, as the South Africans had strengthened their midfield to stifle any Slovakian hopes. They failed to create any chances, but an equaliser was still possible until the 80th minute, when South Africa doubled their lead and immediately followed up with a 3rd goal.
So it was South Africa who qualified for the final and Slovakia, despite their excellent run, will have to make do with the final for 3rd place.

The first half was extremely lively and the 2 teams gave each other a run for their money in terms of chances, but the defences were solid and nothing was scored at half-time.
The second half was just as lively, with a number of tactical changes, but the defences remained as solid as ever.
And with 1/4 of an hour to go, there was a turning point in the match when the Croatian Soldo was sent off for a tackle from behind. Finland dominated the last quarter of an hour, but their numerical superiority meant that they were unable to finish off their chances, and so it went to penalties to decide the outcome of this lively match, despite the lack of goals.
