What is the exact delay between two promotions?
Is it possible to store two promotions to promote two players at the same time?

For the first part of the question, it depends on the level of the training centre.
For the second part, no, it's not possible.

Level 10 training centre: 21 days between two promotions, then one day less for each lower level.
