I have 31 players in my team and I would like to promote a young person from the cdf 18s with "promotion available", 100% progression but it tells me: "You have reached the limit of the maximum number of players in your team"?
Is this a bug or am I missing something?

you have 32 players in your squad; that's the maximum; make room by loaning/virginating/or selling a player and you'll be able to take your cdf player.
