Es gibt 22hHello,
It's not really a bug, but I've deliberately chosen to post in this section and not in the improvement project, in the hope that the MDJ will be able to see it better and adjust it fairly quickly.
There are players in the free list (NG > 40 or potential > 40) who, if you click on them, go to auction with a starting price of 100k.
1- some players have a score of around 20, a high potential but whose margin of progression and coefficient of progression are zero => these players should remain free, they will never develop, giving them value confuses beginners.
The only possible value would be to consider a switch to staff, but given the age of some of them, that's really a very long-term plan, and out of the question for a beginner who doesn't know the game.
2 - For the others, who have a good rating, the starting price of 100k is too high (especially given the current climate). After all, with this summer's adjustment to the bidding levels, the price is going up quite quickly ...
example: An NG 45 with a starting price of 100k, 1st bid 300k, 2nd bid 500k ...
=> setting a starting price of 0 would be fairer in my humble opinion.
Especially as we can see players with a starting price of 10k coming straight from deleted clubs.
With a low starting price, the best players (NG around 70) will leave anyway at a good price, and we make sure that the less good players (NG around 40) are not overpaid.
3 - Bonuses:
There was an old topic about this in the improvement projects, but I haven't had time to find it ...
I'm talking about help for beginners "disguised as a transfer from 3M" ....
Without dithering too much on the subject, some beginners don't understand that it's an aid and it blurs their vision of a player's value. Some put free players on the list at 3M, and then take a tax for an unsold player.
Or, another example, beginners get rid of free players and set up a small team (NG40-50), and then don't receive this aid. I've already advised some people to add one or 2 free players to their team ... it's a bit illogical ...
Anyway ...
All that to say that, with lower auction prices, it might be possible to significantly reduce this aid.
It could also be a good thing to counter enrichment via multi-accounts.
Have a nice day!
Thank you
PS: I strayed a bit (a lot) from the original topic with point 3.
@ to the admins, if you feel that this topic doesn't belong in the "bug" section, close it. I'll then post in the "improvement projects" section.
