I have 31 players plus 7 on loan. What can I do if I can't sell? It's getting hard, even very hard, to sell players.

So your 35M stake is grossly overestimated.
There's no secret, if you don't sell it's because the price is too high.

I'm going to end up selling them for 2M to my members because the market is too low whatever you think and the transfer engine has no coal left to move forward.

I always sell by auction with the starting price 0. That way I can get rid of a player I don't intend to play much fast and I don't have to worry about transfer being reversed because of table defined price ranges. If I don't sell in first try, most of the time I'll just release him.

We always come back to the same problem, the estimation of people, the best estimation is the auction. If your player is going for 10m at auction when you thought he was going for 30m, you're a long way from understanding the current market price.
The market is low for both buying and selling and has been for almost a year now, so get used to it.
