I have a problem that I'm sure many people have.

I have 32/32 in my workforce and 12/12 on loan.

I manage to make room in the event of a CDF exit, etc..

But the current example is that I have 2 guys on loan that I want to take back in order to send 2 others into my squad.

Apart from selling one guy, I'm stuck. The loan recall isn't happening because 32/32, and being at 12/12, the other club can't take one of my youngsters on loan.

So the idea would be to have an extra line in addition to the 'recall', which would be replaced.

Note that the idea would be to do this, and that it would be based on a PM to the club that has the player on loan, for agreement.

It's also possible to manage your workforce. I've got nothing against the idea, but at some point we're all going to have to realise that a management game is aptly named.

It's like trying to do a swap when you're 32/32, it's impossible...

OMstar83: On peut aussi imaginer gérer son effectif. Je n'ai rien contre l'idée mais, à un moment, il va falloir qu'on se mette tous à comprendre qu'un jeu de gestion, ça porte assez bien son nom.
