It's bad enough that we've got nervous, not-so-wired people showing their little muscles about everything and anything in this game, so there's no need to add subjects that are likely to get out of hand. Especially as it adds nothing to the resolution of the initial problem. The only people who can help are the admins.

In the past, cases of insults, cheating, etc. were open to everyone. We quickly realised that it was pointless.
