I think several of us "missed" the reward and waited for it to be sent rather than picking it up in the "Manual" section, which we don't necessarily visit every day.
In fact, I took part without really knowing that a section existed, because during the event it was published in "Club news".
So for those of you in my position, and I imagine there are several of us, isn't there a way of correcting this?
At least we can get it back.

I completely agree with you. I also thought that the reward would be sent automatically, and I wasn't aware of this section. A common message to all the clubs might have been more effective too.
A solution for retrieving it would be really appreciated.

I wouldn't have put the message in the Bugs section, but rather in the main forum section, because it's clear that there were some communication problems, but it's not really a bug... or a communication bug.

What's more, I think it was mainly the smaller clubs that were less used to the game that were the victims, even though they were probably the ones who needed the reward the most financially.

I'm afraid it's going to be hard to correct manually unless you have an old save, because the list of clubs entitled to a reward has been reset and is no longer visible.

To sum up, as with other topics in this game, better communication would be welcome.

If I didn't look at the trending topics from time to time, I'd have missed out on the award too ...
