Here's a proposal for the detection of young people, which is limited to 150 every 6 hours or so.

My idea would be to add, via the VFStore, the possibility of increasing this quota.
A possible example: for 10 stars, a manager could benefit from 300 additional detections.

This would allow :

more flexibility for clubs that want to detect players, better use of the training centre (without being sure of finding the grail either) and added value for the VFStore.
