Registration is now open for this year's D2 IS Cup!

Registration:

Only the coach or the president are authorised to register their team for the IS Cup. To register, please write "Read and approved" with the name of the coach and the name of the Entente. If you sign up, you must ensure that you will be able to take part until the end. You must be able to include 6 IS matches in your calendar. These 6 IS matches are guaranteed by the competition (except for forfeit(s) beyond the control of the organisers). [NO OUT OF COMPETITION IS MUST BE MADE[/b].

The competition must take place in an atmosphere of camaraderie. Insults, disrespect and other actions or words intended to denigrate a person or a game agreement are strictly forbidden on any platform. If this is not the case, the agreement will be penalised (which may result in the Agreement being disqualified).
If an agreement is withdrawn without valid justification to the competition organiser, it will not be authorised to take part in the next edition.

The VF rules concerning IS apply to all matches in the competition

[In the event of non-compliance with these rules, selectors may lodge a complaint with the organisers by PM. If the complaint is upheld, the match will be lost on the green carpet. However, the match must continue as normal. If a match is forfeited or lost on the green carpet, the new score will be 1-0 against the offending Entente.[/color] In addition, the organisers are in contact with the administrators for these matches. So there's no need to contact them, we'll take care of it.

In the event of a forfeit, a match lost on the green carpet or failure to meet the deadlines, the offending Entente will be penalised, in addition to losing the match 1-0, by an additional red card, which may be taken into account in the group stages, or by a change of venue (away match for the offending Entente) in the knockout phase. If an Entente is at fault in a 2nd match in the competition, 1 point will be deducted for the group stages.


Conduct of the competition :

- The D2 competition format will be announced by the organiser depending on the number of entries. The draws will be made using online software to ensure transparency. The draws will be published by the organisers. If you have any queries, please contact them directly by email. Two sister agreements cannot meet in the pool phase.

- The dates for each phase of the competition will be given by the organisers. In the event of a delay, the selectors are invited to discuss the matter with the organiser, so that a solution can be found, or possible sanctions can be taken against one or other of the selectors. (Or both, if they are both at fault on this point).

- In the event of a tie on points at the end of the group stage/championship, this is how the tied teams will be separated:
Overall goal difference

Fair play (A fair play ranking will be drawn up each time one of the organisers updates the list)
Specific goal difference (Goal difference, but only between the two ties)
Penalties (A session of 5 shots and 5 saves must be sent to one of the organisers. For each shot/save, the coach will have to specify whether the player/keeper shoots/dives to the right, to the centre, or to the middle)

- At the end of a draw during the knockout stages (Quarter-finals, etc...), both coaches must send a series of 5 shots and 5 saves to one of the competition organisers as soon as possible after the match.


Other information :

- The calendar and rankings will be created using a Google file, but will be visible directly on the VForum and also available via Discord

- If the location of the match is accidentally reversed, you will need to contact an Admin to request that the match be reversed. Note that this does not mean that the match will be reversed or deleted! In fact, the administrator will not necessarily have the time to do this. In this case, the match will have to be played normally.

Explanations TAB :
- For shots: If a player shoots to the right, the ball simply goes to the right.
- For saves: Saves are made from the goalkeeper's point of view, i.e. if the opponent shoots to the right (from his point of view), the goalkeeper must dive to the left to stop the shot.

Here is an example of a penalty shoot-out:
Shots in agreement A: G - C - D - C - D
Stops in agreement B: G - C - G - D - C
Shots in agreement B: D - D - C - G - D
Joint Stops A: G - G - C - C - C

Agreement A wins the penalty shoot-out 3-2.

At the end of the first round, if the score is still tied, the two coaches must send another round of 5 kicks and 5 saves to the organiser. This second penalty shoot-out will be played in "sudden death", meaning that the first team to score and save a penalty has won the shoot-out.

As a reminder, the VF rules concerning the IS are authoritative for any claim to the agreement ranking. Anything specific to the IS Cup will have no impact

As there are already 16 of us registered (and yes, we're going to start before the D1, well done guys ^^), I've made the draw this evening.
You'll have until D28 to play your matches. I'd just like to remind you that the VF rules apply to all matches in the competition (Here's the link as a reminder).

There's been a slight change at the FFF, with me taking over from Mova.

I've just updated the table, there are still 3 matches to be played, including 2 tomorrow. When the IG-lV2 match is organised, let me know so that I can update the table for the final phase after that match.

As a reminder, the FFFs have been disbanded. As a result, the associations that have played or are due to play against them in this phase will win their IS on the green carpet (do not play any IS matches apart from those in the Cup!!! ). For the next phase, the last-placed teams in the other pools will play a mini-championship with 3 teams

There were 3 green carpet matches:
KVF-SNF -> SNF win 0-1 (the coach played 4 of his players and also had a player on loan at his place, as a reminder players on loan are not selectable and the limit for the coach's players is 3)
LM-BEL -> LM won 1-0 (the BEL coach played 3 players from one of his clubs, remember the limit is 2)
CN-BEL - CN won 1-0 (the BEL coach played 4 of his players)
